I'm Sara McKenna, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Functional Nutrition Practitioner. With over two decades in emergency medicine and a Master's of Science in Integrative & Functional Nutrition, I've seen what happens when metabolic and mental health issues go unaddressed.
