Welcome to Fueled Athlete

When training harder isn’t the answer, and your body is asking for something different.

Fueled Athlete focuses on supporting performance, recovery, and long-term sustainability through nutrition and lifestyle strategy. 


This path is for athletes who care deeply about their sport but want to feel stronger, more resilient, and better supported rather than constantly depleted.


Often, you’re training consistently and doing many things “right,” yet performance feels stalled, recovery lags, or your body isn’t responding the way it used to. 


Fueled Athlete is about understanding how fueling, stress, hormones, and recovery interact with training demands, and making adjustments that support both performance and health.

What Fueled Athlete Commonly Supports

Fueled Athlete often resonates with people experiencing:

  • Plateaued performance despite consistent training
  • Poor recovery or lingering fatigue
  • Low energy availability or under-fueling
  • Hormonal disruption or cycle changes
  • GI distress during training or racing
  • Burnout, loss of motivation, or training frustration
  • Fear of fueling “wrong” or doing too much or too little


This work is not about pushing harder or optimizing at all costs.
It’s about building a foundation that allows you to train and perform with confidence and durability.

How this work is different:

Fueled Athlete is not a rigid fueling plan or a one-size-fits-all performance protocol.


Instead, I look at how training load, fueling strategy, recovery, stress, and life demands intersect. 


Many performance issues stem not from lack of discipline, but from mismatches between training stress and available energy, often compounded over time.


The goal is not maximal output.


The goal is sustainable performance, resilient health, and an athlete who feels supported rather than worn down.

Support within Fueled Athlete may include:


  • Fueling strategies tailored to training and competition demands
  • Identifying gaps between energy intake and output
  • Supporting recovery, sleep, and hormonal health
  • Addressing GI, fatigue, or stress-related performance issues
  • Education to help you fuel and train with clarity and confidence


Everything is individualized, collaborative, and designed to support longevity in sport.
