The Fueled Foundation Session is a 75-minute conversation designed to connect the dots between what your body is telling you and what's actually driving it. We'll work through the 5-pillar functional framework- brain/HPA axis, blood sugar, gut, hormones, and liver/metabolic processing,  to identify what's underneath your symptoms.


Within 48 hours of our session, you'll receive a personalized written plan with:

Sessions are held via Zoom and include a brief written summary afterward highlighting key patterns, what feels most relevant right now, and a few grounded areas to explore next.


Investment: $295. 


This is a one-time session. There is no ongoing commitment unless you choose to continue.


After booking, you’ll receive a short reflection form to help organize your thoughts ahead of the session, along with Zoom details.
