The Fueled Foundation Session is a 75-minute video conversation where we work through your full intake using the 5-pillar functional framework- brain/HPA axis, blood sugar, gut, hormones, and liver/metabolic processing. 


You'll receive a personalized written plan within 48 hours with prioritized recommendations, specific actions, and clear next steps.


Many people find that the Foundation Session gives them enough direction to move forward on their own. Others want continued support as their body responds and the plan evolves. 


Follow-Up Sessions are available anytime ($200 / 60 min), and longer-term coaching packages are coming soon.


Fueled Health is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. Services focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior change, which are educational and typically not covered by insurance.


Some clients use HSA/FSA funds for coaching services, but you'll want to check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility before booking.


Coaching is a good fit if you feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure how to support your body despite trying to do the "right things."


Many people come to me when symptoms feel interconnected, energy is inconsistent, or progress keeps stalling without clear answers.


The Foundation Session gives you structure, clarity, and a thoughtful plan grounded in nutrition and lifestyle not pressure or perfection. 


You'll leave knowing what to do next, whether that's implementing the plan on your own or continuing with follow-up support.


Every client begins with a Foundation Session, a 75-minute deep-dive where we review your full intake through the 5-pillar functional framework (brain/HPA, blood sugar, gut, hormones, liver), identify what's actually driving your symptoms, and build a personalized starting plan you receive in writing within 48 hours.


From there, you have two paths. Some clients implement the Foundation Session plan independently and check back in if they hit a wall, that works well for self-directed people who want clear direction without ongoing accountability. 


Others want continued support as their body responds and the protocol evolves. For those clients, ongoing coaching options are coming soon and I'll let you know when they launch.


The goal is never short-term compliance. It's building the understanding and skills you can carry forward, with or without me.


Your Foundation Session includes a comprehensive intake form you complete before our meeting, a 75-minute video session where we work through the 5-pillar functional framework together, and a personalized written plan delivered within 48 hours.


The written plan includes a clear breakdown of what's actually happening in your body, prioritized recommendations across nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle, specific next steps you can begin immediately, and a realistic timeline for what to expect.


Follow-Up Sessions ($200 / 60 min) are available anytime if you want to check progress, refine the plan, or troubleshoot what's not working.


The Foundation Session is $295 for 75 minutes plus a written plan delivered to you within 48 hours. This is the standard entry point for working with me.


Follow-Up Sessions are $200 for 60 minutes and can be booked anytime after your Foundation Session for ongoing support, troubleshooting, or plan adjustments.


Longer-term coaching packages, including a 90-day program and a 6-month clinical program with functional lab work are launching later in 2026. If you'd like to be notified when they open, mention it during your Foundation Session.


Yes. Payment plans are available for most programs to make support more accessible. 


Options are discussed during the free discovery call based on the program and level of support that makes the most sense for you.


Yes. Fueled Health coaching services are available to clients regardless of location.


Coaching focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior change support and does not replace medical care. 


If you are seeking medical diagnosis or treatment, I encourage you to work with a licensed provider in your state.


This allows Fueled Health to support clients across the U.S. while staying clearly within scope.


Fueled Health provides nutrition and lifestyle coaching services and does not replace medical care.


While I am a board-certified nurse practitioner, services offered through Fueled Health focus on education, functional nutrition, and behavior change support. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or manage medical treatment through coaching.


If medical evaluation or treatment is needed, I encourage clients to work with their primary care provider or appropriate specialist. When helpful, coaching can complement medical care by supporting nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery alongside it.


No. Fueled Health works with people across a wide range of backgrounds and activity levels.


Some clients are endurance athletes or highly active individuals looking to fuel performance and recovery more effectively. 


Others are focused on improving energy, metabolism, mental clarity, or overall health without a performance goal.


The common thread is a desire to understand the body better and make changes that are sustainable and aligned with real life.
