Together, we’ll address root causes like blood sugar swings, inflammation, and hormone imbalances — creating a personalized plan that works with your body, not against it.


12-Week Framework:

  • Phase 1: Reset & Rebalance (Weeks 1–4)
    Build nutrition and lifestyle foundations. Stabilize blood sugar, optimize sleep, and introduce food strategies to reduce cravings and energy crashes.


  • Phase 2: Restore & Strengthen (Weeks 5–8)
    Support gut and hormone health, reduce inflammation, and align nutrition with your cycle or energy demands. Layer in strength and recovery strategies for resilience.


  • Phase 3: Sustain & Thrive (Weeks 9–12)

Fueled Mind is designed for high-functioning women who feel drained, anxious, or foggy despite “doing everything right.” By blending nutrition, recovery, and mindset tools, this track helps you calm your nervous system, sharpen focus, and reclaim steady energy without relying on quick fixes.


12-Week Framework:

  • Phase 1: Calm the Chaos (Weeks 1–4)
    Balance blood sugar, improve sleep, and reduce inflammatory triggers that impact mood and clarity.


  • Phase 2: Build Brain Energy (Weeks 5–8)

12-Week Framework:

  • Phase 1: Foundation & Fueling Basics (Weeks 1–4)
    Map energy systems, baseline training load, and intro fueling templates for pre-, during, and post-workouts.


  • Phase 2: Train Smarter, Recover Stronger (Weeks 5–8)
    Carb periodization, cycle-aware fueling, and recovery strategies to prevent burnout. Address body composition goals without sacrificing energy.
